Ramesh to file cases on YSRCP ..?
Election commissioner of Andhrapradesh N.Ramesh Kumar, who was targeted strongly by the cadre of YSRCP along with Chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy after taking decision for postponement of local body elections for six weeks is in a view to file defamation petition in court. Some of the YSRCP leaders have alleged that Ramesh Kumar has postponed the localbody elections only on the advise of the TDP president N.Chandrababu Naidu and to damage the interests of the state by obstructing the coming funds around Rs.5,000 crores from centre.
According to the information, and roomers circulating on media, Ramesh Kumar has decided to file defamation suit against all the leaders, cadre who have cornered personally and targeted him in the past three days. Leaders like V.Vijaysai reddy, speaker Tammineni Seetharam and some others have targeted him and labeled as caste based bureaucrat and working for the interest of his caste. The election commissioner Ramesh Kumar, in a reply to the chief secretary’s letter mentioned his agony and felt sad on the consequences happened in the state after giving postponemet orders of the local body elections. He said to be gathered all the information and evidances on such incidents and about to file a case on his critics
