Finally the CJ of AP high court moved to Sikkim
After so many controversies and discussions over the sanctity of judicial systems the chief justice of Andhrapradesh justice J K Maheshwari is shifted to the high court of Sikkim. As per the recommendations of collegiums of supreme court made a couple of weeks ago. Orders are released today. After getting approval from President of India Ram Nath Kovind. Maheswari would be replaced by new chief justice Arup Kumar Goswami who is coming from Sikkim. The orders were issued within hours of high court judge Rakesh Kumar expressed his unhappiness over the transfer of Maheshwari. Even justice Rakesh Kumar, just few minutes before his retirement has made derogatory comments on the Chief minister of Andhrapradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Even he tried to damage the image of the chief minister. He felt the transfer of CJ would send a wrong message to the people. He pointed out that due to the transfer of the chief justice, the Jagan government is bound to get undue benefit, especially with regard to the hearings on petitions filed by poor farmers of Amaravati against the three capitals bills. “Now, the final hearing on the batch of petitions on Amaravati has been stopped. Its known to everybody that YS Jagan has lodged complaints with the union government and alleged that senior supreme court justice NV Ramana is influencing the cases and judges of Andhrparadesh high court. Its believed that he produced come clear evidences against justice Maheswari, who believed to be working as per the directions of NV Ramana and former Chief minister N.Chandrababu Naidu. Later all these consequences are taken place and Chief justice of AP high court is shifted to high court of Sikkim.
