AP High Court investigates petition against CBN on violation of lockdown
As expected by the public,especially netizrns, the high court of AP has received a petition against Chandrababu Naidu for violating lockdown while he was entering Andhrapradesh from Hyderabad after two months. It is known that the Petitioner Vanga Venkatrami Reddy and advocate Ponaka Janardhan Reddy have approached the court seeking an order to file a case against Chandrababu in violation of lockdown rules. The high court has asked the petitioner whether he had lodged a complaint to the concerned authorities over the issue. The petitioner had brought to the High Court's notice that the same case had been taken up by the High Court in the past. Anyhow, the court said that the petition would be heard alongwith the past case.
Chandrababu Naidu, who landed in Andhra Pradesh on Monday after two months and during his visit, he completely violated the lockdown rules. Telugu Desam Party cadre who knew that Babu was coming, took to the streets in large numbers to welcome their leader without wearing masks and practicing physical distance.
